Hi there, this is a big part of how my game "Garden of Emiko" starts. I've made some assets for it but it's a side project that will be very very slowly made. Emiko is a good student who works hard tending to the school garden, her friends and classmates gift her seeds and she helps them in return. Things change very quickly after she recieves a confession letter in her locker, and she learns the hard way that if she doesn't act quickly, her classmates will die one by one ceasing to exist in the present, but also past.
there's not a lot available right now, but the plan is to make a short demo and see how that goes. it's hard to work but also have a project like this at the same time.
A dark story brimming with melancholy, creepy vibes and poetic writing. Though you say your game is "not the prettiest", I'd argue that it's got a great art style, and especially impressive that it was put together in 2 days! The browser version doesn't seem to load the backgrounds properly, but in the downloaded version, the effect of the background is unnerving and perfect for building atmosphere. I especially liked the little details, like the breathing sound effect. Nice work on your O2A2 submission!
